Based in Sydney, Mr MENEGAZZO is responsible for growing our Australian investment business. He will drive investment activities in Australia, develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy for the Australian market, and source and execute deals.

Mr MENEGAZZO brings extensive experience in real estate investment and funds management. He has strong capabilities in capital transactions, and has successfully grown investment portfolios, led strategic developments and maintained strong relationships with global investors. Before joining Link, he was Fund Manager in the Direct Division at Charter Hall, where he oversaw more than AU$10 billion in assets under management across 120 investments spanning industrial, logistics, office, retail, and social infrastructure sectors. Before that, he held several positions at AMP Capital Real Estate, including Co-Head of Separate Accounts, Fund Manager of AMP Capital Retail Trust, and Assistant Fund Manager of AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund, where he managed significant real estate transactions and fund strategies.

Mr MENEGAZZO holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Australia.
